HOW TO SEND RECOURSE LOAN PAYMENTS TO NHSA

Transmittal Form Instructions provides step-by-step instructions for completing your transmittal form.

1. Save the Transmittal Form Master (.xls) to your hard drive.
2. Review the Transmittal Example (.xls) to see if you’ve completed your form correctly.
3. Send your completed transmittal form as an e-mail attachment to nhsatrans@nhsofamerica.org OR
4. Put your check in the mail and send to:
