NHSA First Mortgage-Non-Recourse 502 Loan Program

To participate in the NHSA First Mortgage Non-Recourse Loan Program, NeighborWorks® organizations must be an approved Correspondent Lender with NHSA and be able to close the loan in their own name.

Funds to close the loan can be from the organization's own funds or through the NHSA-CDFI 502 loan program. NHSA-CDFI provides warehouse lines of credit to eligible NeighborWorks Organization to originate loans under the direct program. The loans will be closed by the NWO and sold to NHSA under the non-recourse provision.
