NON-RECOURSE SALES

NeighborWorks® organizations and their lender partners are invited to complete an application to submit non-recourse loans. For NHSA's 502 Loan Program, select the "NHSA Correspondent Application Package" under the "Resources" column.

NHSA also offers non-recourse loan products through its nonprofit subsidiary, Just Price Solutions (JPS). The site supports a variety of first mortgage products designed to meet the needs of low- and moderate-income borrowers, including purchase, rate and term refinance, purchase/rehabilitation, refinance/rehabilitation, and debt consolidation.

JPS designed its technology tools to maximize the accessibility of NHSA's loan products using Web-based automated underwriting and product selection. When a borrower's loan application is submitted through JPS, the system will instantly generate a summary Conditional Loan Approval (CLA). The CLA will summarize the loan terms of the approval and will also disclose standard transaction conditions needed for NHSA to ultimately purchase the loan. To submit loans online through Just Price Solutions, select the JPS Correspondent Application package from the "Resources" column.
