ABOUT NHSA-CDFI

Responding to the need for more flexible loan capital, NHSA established NHSA-CDFI as an affiliate corporation to provide direct lending to the NeighborWorks® network. While NHSA purchases loans from NeighborWorks organizations and their lender partners, NHSA-CDFI makes direct loans to NeighborWorks organizations.

NHSA-CDFI's diverse lending activity includes loans that benefit low-income families who wish to purchase or rehabilitate their own homes and to nonprofit developers to develop all types of affordable housing. NHSA-CDFI’s customer base has a national reputation of delivering these products in a total neighborhood revitalization context.

NHSA-CDFI provides Interim Development, Permanent Multifamily, and Single Family/Rural loans to NeighborWorks organizations. Learn More
