NHSA-CDFI's loan products to the NeighborWorks® network are made possible by the generous participation of both public and private sector investors. The capital to originate loans is provided by investors in the form of loans, equity-equivalent investments or out-right grants. The investors are insurance companies, federal agencies, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) and commercial banks.
