SINGLE FAMILY - RURAL LOAN PROGRAM NHSA-CDFI's USDA RHS 502 loan program provides loans to NeighborWorks® organizations to originate first mortgages to low- and very low-income rural families to purchase affordable housing in conjunction with the USDA RHS 502 Loan Program.
