Community Housing Capital Development Services

CHC provides NeighborWorks® organizations with a host of development services designed to increase both organizational capacity and productivity.

Development services involve technical assistance for preparing loan applications, developing real estate-based pro formas, and asset and property management.

CHC's development services enable NeighborWorks organizations to successfully access our financial products. Development services are connected to the underwriting of our various loan products and are provided to ensure NeighborWorks applicants are (1) ready to access our financial products and (2) likely to receive a loan approval from our loan committee.

Development services related to subdivisions and multifamily development (developing pro formas, asset and property management) are designed to assess and, if necessary, to suggest enhancements to the financial feasibility of the project up front.
