502 - Leveraged Loan Program
The First Mortgage Non-Recourse 502-Leveraged loan program enables NeighborWorks Organizations to access the secondary market funds to place first lien position leveraged loans. These loans serve rural populations, areas and borrowers with low or very-low incomes that are without adequate housing and unable to obtain credit elsewhere, yet have reasonable credit histories.

All NHSA, Just Price and MyCommunityMortgage™ loan products are part of an overall process to support informed borrowers before, during, and after loan closing. All borrowers must complete a HUD approved homebuyer education program (accessed in person, over the phone, or online).

Long-term, fixed-rate first mortgage for NeighborWorks-owned multifamily properties.
NHSA-CDFI Interim Development
Short-term, fixed-rate financing for acquisition and development of single-family and multifamily properties.
NHSA-CDFI Single Family/ Non-Rural*
Provides loan capital for single-family lending activities such as down payment and closing cost assistance and rehabilitation. These loans may be used to capitalize NeighborWorks organizations’ revolving loan funds.
*NHSA-CDFI single-family non-rural funds were previously offered through an investment which has been fully subscribed. A new agreement for additional funding is under negotiation. Please check back for program details and availability. |
